Dr. Pupp joined Four Seasons Eye Care in 1994. She has developed an outstanding reputation in the area providing complete primary eye care, specializing in the areas of contact lenses, the treatment and management of ocular disease, and binocular vision.
Dr. Pupp graduated from Stratford High School in Stratford, Wisconsin and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She then obtained her Doctorate of Optometry at the Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington, IN, graduating in the top of her class. Upon graduating, Dr. Pupp received the Roy E. Denny award for excellence in clinical research and received honors for outstanding academic and clinical performance in the area of contact lenses.
While in optometry school, Dr. Pupp participated in county school screenings, glaucoma screenings and skill testing of university athletes. She became an associate instructor for several graduate and undergraduate courses and served as proctor of Neurological Screenings. She was vice-president of the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity organization and helped to organize a trip to Nicaragua that helped thousands receive eye care in a matter of days. Dr. Pupp was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa and served as vice-president her final year at Indiana University.
Dr. Pupp completed externships in advanced ocular disease and surgical co-management at the Faust Eye Center in Marion, IN, in Low Vision at the Indianapolis Eye Care Center in Indianapolis, IN, and in pediatric optometry at the Indiana University Primary Care and Pediatric Clinic in Bloomington, IN.
Dr. Pupp is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Minnesota Optometric Association. She and her husband, Ben, reside in Independence with their three children, Natalie, Nicole, and Alexander. She enjoys the outdoors, playing piano, landscaping and coaching.
